Blog archive: GO SHIP I05 Cruise 2023
In summer 2023 former Carlson Lab REU student Jaden Hansen joined the US GO SHIP program occupation of the I05 line sailing from Perth, Australia to Cape Town, South Africa.

Jaden collected Dissolved Organic Matter (DOM) samples for us along this transect, and samples were shipped back to UCSB for analysis, which is currently in progress to provide dissolved organic carbon(DOC) and total dissolved nitrogen(TDN) data.
